From the B73 building, located on James Bourchier Boulevard, unique spaces are born, inspiring us to create different interior designs each time. This apartment stands out with multiple styles that harmonize as if narrating a unified story. The challenge in the Bourchier apartment was to transform a large space of nearly 200 square meters into a spacious, male apartment with neoclassical motifs, occasionally referencing antique natural materials.
The living area is a composition of dark paneling combined with striking light movable and soft furniture, creating a sense of coziness and warmth.
The kitchen area, including the island, also features dark walnut and grey marble tones, blending into the space while being highlighted as a luxurious part of the overall design.
In close contrast to the living room, the entrance hall is furnished in black and white. White signifies the monolithic parts of the apartment, while black defines all openings and niches, marking places where "something happens." Decorated with classic details and profiles on the paneling, and accented with brass from the lighting fixture and door profiles, the entrance hall is clean and uncluttered. The table serves as a perfect finishing element in the same style.
A small but specifically designated area for workouts is located within the apartment. This mini gym features materials and conveniences that optically expand the space.
The apartment boasts two bedrooms: a large master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet and bathroom, and a guest room with its own en-suite. Both rooms are stylistically linked. The bedrooms are furnished in light and soft colors to align well with emotional well-being. Natural materials like wood and stone, prominent in the bedrooms, enhance the connection to nature. These elements, combined with a neoclassical aesthetic, create contrasting zones such as the vanity area, sleeping area, and closet area.
Dark glass and classic Calacatta marble work harmoniously in the interior, imparting a slight Roman flavor reminiscent of ancient thermal baths.
Blending old and new, luxurious and classical, modern and antique, the Bourchier apartment exudes a strongly expressive, contrasting, and masculine vibe. With stunning views of Vitosha Mountain, it is ideal for relaxing with friends or enjoying peaceful evenings, whether shared or solitary.
