Hovering House
Located in the “Pancharevo” area, the Kambanite complex is a composition of luxurious residences, each with its own distinctive appearance and character. Its location is important for users due to its distance from the bustling city conditions, providing the necessary tranquility and relaxation. At the same time, the building is successfully integrated into the natural surroundings, and through openwork and transparent elements, harmonious communication between the interior space and the exterior—specifically, the lushness of nature—is ensured. Hovering and Levitation houses are two conceptually similar residences that offer panoramic views of the Capital. However, the Hovering house features a more discreet access, allowing for slightly larger rooms.
The Hovering house offers a clean and simple layout on the ground level. The approach to the garage is designed to accommodate the slope of the internal complex streets. Despite its more impressive upper volume, the house has two entrances: the main one is located on the lower, ground level, while the other provides access through the veranda.
The lower level is elegantly embedded with light access only from the southeast. On the same side, the terrain is terraced upwards towards the upper level until it levels out. Along this line of openings, there are the entrance, the garage, and a studio for staff accommodation. In the deeper part of the lower volume, where natural light does not reach, there are storage rooms and laundry facilities.
Through the entrance space, a double-flight staircase leads to the upper volume, which houses many more essential living spaces of more impressive dimensions. A long northeastern facade opens up to a long corridor with tall windows, offering a beautiful courtyard view and access to a spacious veranda that would serve as an incomparable relaxation area.
The southeast side features a freely accessible living area with a spacious kitchen and a long dining table for large gatherings. A guest toilet is provided to prevent the need to access the bedrooms. Separated from the living area towards the southwest are all the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom, the most distant, features a separate dressing room area.
