Residence 007, Kambanite
Residence 007 stands as a prime example within this natural complex, showcasing a building that gracefully melds into its environment without imposing upon it. Simultaneously, it delivers the essential luxuries expected by its occupants, seamlessly blending serenity and convenience. Situated in the "Pancharevo" area, the Kambanite complex comprises of opulent residences that boast their own unique style and character. Its prime location holds great significance for residents, as it offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life, granting them much-needed tranquility and relaxation. Remarkably, the architecture seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings, employing delicate openwork and transparent elements to foster a harmonious connection between the interior and exterior spaces, accentuating the abundant beauty of the surrounding nature.
By using a large area of glass in the residence, elements of nature are reflected in them, achieving the illusion of infinity of the forest in the most non-standard parts of its facade. The high panoramic windows allow for direct access to the physical environment, and the ability to open many large parts of the building creates a light and cool impression.
Since the building is located extensively on the property, we initially create the impression that it is lower, especially against the backdrop of the tall forest silhouette. By using a water mirror through clear lake parts, we manage to visually balance it, optically elongating it, rather than physically.
In addition to its image, which so well interacts with the landscape, the territory of the residence within its boundaries is park-oriented, which ensures an even smoother transition from the human modern environment to nature.
