Born in Smolyan, he completed his secondary education in the Sofia High School of Mathematics "Paisii Hilendarski" in 2007. Continuing his academic journey, he enrolled at the University of Architecture, Construction and Geodesy, where he graduated in 2013. He obtained his degree in "History and Theory of Architecture" from the architectural faculty, working under the guidance of Professor PhD Arch. Jordanka Kandulkova.

During his second year of studies, Kiril embarked on practical training at a small architectural studio, laying the foundation for his professional experience in the field. Building on his early exposure, he became a member of the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria (CAB) in 2015, equipped with full projects management capacity.
